Issues with Adobe Reader DC

I'm running a fully licensed NCH Debut V5.45.  I have it set to record in Time Laps mode 1 camera 24/7.  When I attempt to open a pdf file, my Adobe Reader DC will not load and gives me a "not responding" error.  The only way I can view the pdf file is to close Debut.

How do I fix this.  Both Adobe and Debut are the latest versions and both are paid licensed programs.  Running on latest version of Windows 10.

There should not be a conflict between those two programs. Does it occur with all the Adobe Reader DC files or just some of them? When did the problem start? Javeyou recently changed/updated something on your machine. The latest version of Debut (5.52) was released yesterday, you may try to install it and confirm if the issue persists: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/debut-5-52-2019-07-25.exe
