Greg B Posted July 19, 2019 Share Posted July 19, 2019 I have burned a DVD with 3 .mkv files on it a a text menu. But I can't reliably access the menu with the remote of my DVD player. 'Title/Popup' button does not work. Nor does the 'disk menu' button. It has appeared on occasions but I can't pinpoint the combination of buttons I pressed to get it to appear. DannR Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 Please try the following: -Try burning at lower speeds (Highly effective). -Try using different brands of quality blank media like Taiyo Yuden, or Sony. -Try upgrading your writer's firmware. In the meantime also try to reinstall again the program and add again the files.
