turel
Just installed the Debut Pro version and in the first two video screen recordings, got the lowest quality audio accompanying the video being recorded from the internet. Besides the volume being very low, the sound is Tinny, like it is enclosed in a tube. The system is a Mac, running Mojave OS 10.14.5 My system audio setting is on internal microphone, and in Debut, I used the audio Encoder set to high quality large file size. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks, the man with the "tin" ear.
mike97520
I am wondering if you ever got an answer to this question? I am having a similar problem with the tinny sound. I have used Debut for years and it has worked great. Listening to a program online sounds fine, but when I record it through Debut, it sounds like a tin can echo. I have a Dell Inspiron 3880 with Windows 10 and had Dell do an Audio test and everything sounded great. Not sure when the sound started sounding bad, doesn't seem to make a difference if it's through Firefox or Google chrome, etc. All other programs either on the computer or streaming sound fine. If anyone knows what's going on, I'd appreciate the information. Thanks!
