disabling start up notifications - asking to register

I had a small problem on my Mac and had reloaded express scribe. Now every time I start up the computer I get a notification box asking to choose to carry on with the free version, or register my key and to choose an option. There is no problem and I definitely dont' want this box popping up all the time. What do I do to get rid of it. Thanks. Perhaps should say while I'm  here that the software has worked well and done everything I've expected of it, and done it well.
