Search by first letters not working

when I enter first letters to add or sell items not showing at all.

but all the items can search by list.

Please be informed that is the way the program works. When you are selling items, if you type the first letter of the item code, it will not display the list of items that begin with that letter. NCH Software formally takes suggestions or feedback about our products through the form at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/
