elk Posted October 29, 2019 Share Posted October 29, 2019 the location you have selected is a local folder, network folder or external drive? Do you have permission to write to those folders? If you are using your work computer, you may want to confirm with your local IT that you have read/write rights on those folders. Do you get the error as soon as you start your recordings? Maybe obvious .. but if you create different folders to send your recordings to, do you use Options ...output to direct Debut to the required folder. You may need to do this when re-opening Debut. Please go to the Options dialog and select correct destination folder on the Output page." Solution: You need to turn off "controlled folder access" in your virus and threat protection settings in Windows. This video demo on the link below is not in English but it shows you how to do it.
