Recording Problem

Hello All,

I have a typical problem which is as follows:

A user records a dictation and then gives the "*" & "1" command to send the file.

DD sends the audio file & the message is announced by the server in the form of an anouncement accompanied by the file number that the server allocated to the audio file. The problem happens after the user presses 9 to disconnect.

This is what all happens in a chronological manner:

02:30:03 12345 pressed key [*]

02:30:05 12345 pressed key [1]

02:30:05 12345 Sent dictation

02:30:05 Compressing file: N 0516-000 12345 2006 70000115

02:30:05 Copy file to network folder: C:\DDWAV

02:30:13 12345 pressed key [9]

02:30:15 Call has disconnected

02:30:15 12345 Disconnected

02:30:15 12345 File abandoned - no recording

As you can see, everything is executed perfectly but at the very last instance all the good work gets undone and the file is abandoned. I find this very strange but it is happening with no reason as far as I can see.

Can anyone help?

Thank you!
