elk Posted March 20, 2019 Share Posted March 20, 2019 I can recommend you to make sure the audio track has not been muted. You can right click on the track > Adjust Audio Volume > click Restore Default > OK to save the changes. In case the issue persists, you may try to reinstall the program using this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/pstagesetup.exe You may need to save your project file to avoid losing your work during the process.
