Problem in "View Receice History"

Hello, 

You will need to elaborate more, I have tried doing what you say and it seems to work fine not sure what is it you expect the program to do? If you think is not how it is supposed to work it would be best if you contact NCH technical support for assistance. You can create a support ticket for them on the link below:
