Debut Recording from the screen - sound is scattered

Good day to you all

 

I started a new purchased online course today and I want to record it for furtherr use. However the view of the recording is fine, but the sound is not. There is a kind ofbug noticable for way back you can here some chattered fragments of the sound. To find out if the course was doing this, I went to one of the tutorials of debut and rcorded that one. The results (short fragments) are available but I do not know how to enclose/submit them. please help me fix this? Thanks!
