nemo529 Posted December 17, 2018 Share Posted December 17, 2018 I use 2 laptops which come from different IT installation, brand new. I have Debut Video Capture installed. Unexpected blue screen occur very often (twice in a day) saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll start for you." Blue screen also states Stop code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and What failed: debutfilterx64.sys. What I suffer is I don't execute debut video capture but blue screen still occur on both of my 2 laptops. This happen for several months. Can anybody tells me how to resolve it? Thanks.
