bchip50 Posted December 8, 2018 Share Posted December 8, 2018 When I load a disk, the software retrieves the info and then a blank browser window pops up with a message: Insert a disc Please insert a disc in drive K: Help me choose a disc (a link which goes to Microsoft support page) Cancel button The drive then immediately ejects my CD.
