Licence/Rego code problem - old and new versions

Hi, I haven’t used my Expeess scribe pro for nearly 2 years - I purchased the full licence.  I have used it again today, but after listening to the 3rd file, it said I had to upgrade to the full version before she could keep using it.
I put in my licence number and it said this code is for version 5, but the software we are using is version 7.

i think it’s terrible that there is no mention of the licence being for a limited time...I purchased a full licence, not a temporary one.
