nickc
Is there a way to change the saved price of an item? I am trying to create an invoice using item codes (and description) which I used for previous invoices and which saved automatically. We have had to change some of our prices now. When I use the saved codes and manually change the price, it doesn't save the new price when I want to use it again for a future invoice (it just keeps displaying the original price). Is there a way to overwrite the old price so it is saved ?
TECH Support
How are you changing the price? Go to "Items", "Opens Items List", select the item you need to change and click on "Edit" located on the top. There you can change the price. DannR
In this case you would need to change the price for the items, so if you have several items but all are differents, you would need to do the change for each of them . But if you have same product many items, just changing 1 price, would change the rest of them .
