Adding Audio Clips - skipping

Hi,

I'm a newbie to all this.

I've created a few loop samples with Virtual DJ and saved them as .mp3 format. They are both 30 seconds long. I've added the 1st clip as track 1 and the 2nd clip as track 2.

I've stretched the 1st clip to around 2 minutes and this plays fine in isolation. I've stretched the 2nd clip to also around 2 minutes but this clip appears to skip ever so slightly in the middle of the track which throws the mixing of the 2 clips out - very frustrating.

Any ideas why this would happen?
