I load the file, press convert. says the file has converted successfully, then I get the microsoft word 365 window saying it is starting then all I get is a blank page saying ` The picture cannot be displayed.` This worked on the unlicensed version but not on this licensed version Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
