Alida
I thought I would try out the free version to test. I have recorded a voice memo on an iphone and saved it to my pc. When I try to upload it via Express Scribe, it simply doesn't appear. I guess, therefore, that MPEG-4 is not supported by Express Scribe? I shall not be using it, if so. Many thanks if anyone can help me.
Gekker
MP4 is definitely supported by Express Scribe as you can confirm at http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html Make sure the file plays fine with Windows Media Player to know the file is not corrupted. To load a file to Express Scribe use the "Load" button at the top or drag and drop the file into the middle white section of Express Scribe, where the files are listed when added correctly. if you keep having issues, report your issue at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
