Converted files sounds completely different from original

I noticed that the files I convert with Switch Plus sound completely different than the original wav-files from my DAW and so much different that they're absolutely not usable. That is when checking both files over the same systems, side by side and the difference is there on every system I tried.

What do I do to fix this?

Make sure you're using high quality encoder settings by clicking the "Options" button next to the "Output Format" drop down menu.
Under "Options (at the top) > Conversions" uncheck the "Normalize files when converting" box if it is checked and click OK
