WavePad exporting bad FLAC files

Repro:

open any file in wavepad

file / save as name.flac

use default encoder settings

now using "flac - Command-line FLAC encoder/decoder version 1.3.2" (reference version from xiph.org), run "flac.exe -t name.flac"

I get:

name.flac: ERROR, MD5 signature mismatch
