rcm Posted March 13, 2018 Share Posted March 13, 2018 I purchased Clickcharts to layout a database I am creating for my website. It is painfully slow and unresponsive when zooming in/out, scrolling up/down or left/right. If I do a fast scroll in ended up at row 2300 and if I do a medium scroll the workspace just disappears. This is a very poorly coded product. Is this an inherent flaw with the software or the way it is setup on my machine? I tried contacting Customer Support a number of weeks ago and have received no response. Can I export the diagram to another software program?
