don't know if this is the right place for this questions, please move if needed. I seen that more of the questions are already answered on your site, but after one hour reading I'm almost lost.

 

Want to manage phone calls completely from pcs for my home, mainly for testing purposes, I will need two external lines and 3 extensions. Later will move to the office and will need 4 lines and 10 extensions.

 

-Does allow to make calls

-Transfer calls to other pc extensions or external lines

-Check a list of incoming calls waiting on the pc

-Reproduce messages like: "There are some calls on queue have to wait for 3 minutes aprox...."

-Integrate with other software

-What is the right version and card would need to setup this configuration?

-Need sound cards? if needed any recomendation about what is more suitable?

-Need handsets? any advice?

-Does works for European telecom systems?
