DaveOLW
Is it Possible to use Vmix as the input for Live Streaming in Broadcam. It shows under add device: Vmix Video Vmix External 2 Vmix Video YV12 and shows all the Audio buses Selecting Vmix Video and the selecting RTMP in Vmix and starting Stream in Vmix it shows the Live Stream momently but Vmix then comes up with an error "Cannot read RTMP handshake response" What are the correct settings to use Vmix, have tried various settings. Gekker
Hello David, Vmix is already a video streaming program that NCH Software doesn't support as it is a 3rd party program. From Broadcam alone you can live stream from a camera connected to your computer, stream pre-recorded videos and more, you can check its features at https://www.nchsoftware.com/broadcam/index.html The user's manual can be found under "Help > Help Contents..." or by pressing F1. Thanks David Hi DaveOLW I found something about this option (stream from Vmix to BroadCam) and yes, it works ! 1. Open Broadcam, start the BroadCam Server (must online and ready to stream) and choose "vmix video" under add device 2. in the same PC, open Vmix and configure Vmix to stream to another server (youtube, etc) and it must be real, not fake address (if you don't want yo stream to youtube you can set up a simple nginx RTMP server in your PC ) 3. start to stream in Vmix 4. voila ! it stream into Broadcam too
