Quantities on Express Accounts not updating

Hi,

I'm trying to sync Inventoria and Express Accounts, however when I update on Express Accounts the quantities for all of my items go to 0. 

The only way I have been able to get the actual quantities on Express Accounts is to import a csv, but I want both programs to be in sync. 

can anyone help?

Hi, 

After the synchronization is done, you will manage the items from Inventoria, not from Express Accounts, the stock and quantities will be reflected on Inventoria.

i have a problem in here, when i put selling or purchasing in express account, the stock in inventoria wont change ? why is that ?

Hi,

The quantity of items(stock) will change on Inventoria only if:

1. The applications were synchronized correctly.

2. You are using the correct Inventory location.

3. You are creating invoices from Express Accounts. Purchases Orders made on Express Accounts won´t increase the inventory on Inventoria.
