PozziBros
Is it even difficult to register a company in Singapore?
Mishapr
As far as I know Singapore is the best place to do business in the world. So I don't think it is difficult to register a company there.
idragon
It's not difficult at all. Singapore is recognized as the No. 1 country in the world for the ease of doing business, so incorporation of company in Singapore is not difficult: The minimum authorized capital in Singapore is symbolic and equals ~ 1 SGD (less than $ 1). The minimum number of shareholders - one, no license for most businesses is required. Taxes are some of the lowest in Asia.
n1x1
Hi @seanlu21 Yes, you can use both programs for your business in Singapore. Actually, all NCH products are compatible with international standards and they work well everywhere, the exclusion are countries with specific regulation. Some of those countries like Canada and U.K. have their needs implemented in the program, specifically when setting up VAT, etc.

For example, how can I store a shipping address written in Korean? Local Korean delivery companies will not deliver if the address is not in Korean.
