marcel.singer Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 Hello! I'm still testing a IVM Phone Answering Attendant Software and I have following problem. With my home computer Windows 2003 Server I have excellent voice quality. This computer is connected with a cable modem to the internet. But this is only my test computer. I have a dedicated Server (Win 2003 Server) (upload > 275kb/s) who is direct connected to the internet. Why I have such bad voice quality that I cannot further use it. The automated voice is broken and I can hear only part of words. This is only when IVM makes the call (outgoing). When IVM answering incoming calls the voice is very good.
