Jonas01 Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 Hello there, My problem is with Intel Dialogic DMV160LP not functioning with Dial Dictate. We have just bought an Intel Dialogic DMV160LP and intalled it on a Server that's running Windows 2003 R2. Additionaly, we have purchased Service Release 5.1.1/FP1. This is what has been done so far... 1. I have installed the hardware 2. Have the PSTN Lines plugged in at the back with RJ25s. 3. Have installed Service Release 5.1.1 (base install) 4. Installed Service Update 106 with SP1 and FP1. 5. Have configured the TAPI and Wave settings as posted on the NCH Tech Supp website. Current Status... 1. I am able to start the Dialogic Board. 2. When dialling to the PSTN lines, Dialdictate answers the call but doesnt play any voice prompts and doesnt accept telephone keys/commands. Any tips on how to get this to work?
