But, I do not have stereo sound while with if I listen to music on website, it works normally. Gekker Posted October 26, 2017 Share Posted October 26, 2017 It is possible that the dictation file you were sent is originally in mono (only one channel). There's no stereo/mono setting in Express Scribe as it will playback the audio files in its original format. You can try loading a MP3 song ibn stereo to Express Scribe to make sure it is playing both channels, make sure to also test your dictation and MP3 test file on Windows Media Player or other media player to confirm both channels work.
