Mike Bargman Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 Hello, I'm trying to put my API ID and Transaction key into Copper and I'm getting back an error that says "Charge Failed: 4:ConvertToSocketSSL" ("Card Not Present") account". This is a confirmed Card Present account by Authorize Net. They told me to contact support, but I haven't heard back in a few days. Can anyone give me some insight into this? Chris75 Posted September 25, 2017 Share Posted September 25, 2017 Hello, you may try reinstalling the program from NCH Software's website to confirm you are using the latest version released. If you already reinstalled then you may wish to continue reporting the issue through the support team so they can direct the issue to the right department.
