Bigduchtman Posted September 5, 2017 Share Posted September 5, 2017 Hello, I have a problem with my scribe software. When scribe is open the pedal with software is working fine and i hear a sound. But when i want to dictate with Ms Word open i can hear no sound anymore. I am using Windows 10. My College has the same pedal and no problem at all. Can you please advice? Telephony Posted September 5, 2017 Share Posted September 5, 2017 Hi, The case could be related to a registration issue, register the software before trying to use the pedal. Also, you'll need to configure the pedal from Options > Control > Controller set up wizard, before trying to use.
