Luce Crystal Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 Can I integrate Cpper software with my PinPad machine that accept plastic cards with chip and magnetic bands, I have to fill all product information and let my client pay using the pinpad machine and when transaction is done, my drawer open and my printer print a receipt? Telephony Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 Hi, You can review from Copper Options > Credit Card Gateways > Hardware Devices > Use this section to configure a USB credit card reader. Please be aware, currently, only some MagTek readers and generic keyboard-mode readers are supported. Copper supports USB barcode scanners, receipt printers and usb credit card readers. Many cash drawers are controlled by the receipt printer. Choose a receipt printer that works with Copper and a cash drawer that is compatible with it and works in this manner.
