Performance Scores

What are the maximum and minimum performance scores? While running the program I went from 6 (which I believe is very bad) to 28 (which could be bad still if it is a scale of 1 to 1000) to 1 (seriously...1. I think my computer is an etch-a-sketch) to 27(again, related to WHAT??). That the designers overlooked this gives me little confidence that the other software is all that great. but we'll see if my ship rights from the cleanup before making any claims. Between my horrible internet and bad electricity, I crashed so many times the registry couldn't help but be ruined... If this fixes anything, I will sing praise, and consider all this other stuff.

The scale should be 1 to 100, I have a high-end PC and got a score of 92.

Good day everyone, I've just installed Warp Speed PC Tune-Up and got a score of 189. I would also like to know what the minimum and maximum performance scores are, since I don't knoe whether my score is good or bad.
