Voxal not picking up my Wireless Mic

So I have a wireless headset and for some reason every time I try to use it, it won't work i can hear my voice through the preview but it does not change and on the bottom it has stuff in read saying it might not be compatible but does anyone possibly have a solution or is it for sure incompatible and I just wasted like 20 bucks...
