ecc83 Posted June 12, 2017 Share Posted June 12, 2017 Debut shows my ugly mug fine on the internal camera but when I set it to record my IP camera in my garden it comes back with 'Cannot Connect'. This is not due to my putting in the URL wrongly because I tried simply typing '192.168.1.226 and it would not have it. I have copied and pasted the URL from the browser (IE 11) but no joy. 'Technical Support' is only given AFTER you buy the software! Well, 'Pig in a Poke'! I am struggling to find software that will record my camera so I am hardly likely to buy each one in turn to get support? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you fill in the support form you'll see a drop-down to select your purchase status: "Have you purchased" = "No - Not Yet but Willing To" You may not go to the front of the queue but I'm pretty confident you'll get a response.
