no video in mp4 export for wmv player

I export this video, https://www.dropbox.com/s/mzi5k78k59frflc/Voice of Sales - Alex Baptista GM and United.mp4?dl=0, to run on W7 windows media player. Audio works but no video. If I choose QuickTime it runs fine. How do I get a mp4 export to run using windows media player?

There's no Mp4/H264 limitation here in WMP, which hints at the need for the necessary codec on your system.

Tools exist to find the specific codec, but folks have had luck with a codec pack - perhaps overkill, with slight potential for codec conflicts, but generally effective.

Suggest that you install the well thought of, widely used K-Lite basic codec pack.  Click on the 'Mirror 1 or 2' links only.

Or simply play the file with VLC or MPC-HC.  Both players handle most every format, and are free.

Thank you for the quick reply. I had arrived at the same conclusion but I needed confirmation. I have what I need to know now.
