Driver Connection Failed

Right after i purchased the basic Voxal package and used my registration code to activate it, it stopped working. As soon as i open the program (or do anything in the program) a message appears in the bottom of it that says "Driver connection failed, did you restart your computer after installing Voxal?"

 

Yes i've restarted my computer probably 100 times since then. It always just has the same error message. Anyone have this problem or know what to do about it?

It sounds like the driver installation may have failed for some reason. Could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling Voxal? Please take note of any errors which may show during the installation.

Same problem here. I installed and rebooted (twice). Error comes up. Reinstalled, then rebooted. Error comes up. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Error comes up. 

Other than reinstalling and rebooting, which obviously don't work, what can I do???
