carly 0
Has anyone had a problem with a full audio not loading? I have a 7 hour audio that's only loading 22 minutes. HELP
kimf 0
Hi Carly, Did you find out what was wrong? I am having the same problem. 7-hour file and only 45 minutes showing.
N_C_H_josh 0
We're having a look at the way Express Scribe handles memory and large audio/video files. In the meantime, I'd recommend using VideoPad to split the file into smaller chunks. We've been successful with that.
kimf 0
Thanks for the reply. This is the first time I've had this problem. I actually have other files the same size that loaded just fine. Hopefully this doesn't reoccur.
Lindsayraync 0
Has anyone had any luck fixing this? I have a 7 hour audio file and it is only loading 31 minutes. I saw to use VideoPad but I can't figure out how to use it. I would rather know how to fix this problem. I have had files larger than this on the software.
Lindsayraync 0
We were able to get it to work by cutting the video file into smaller sections. But this is very time consuming and not the best answer to the problem. I would like to know if there is another way.
cre8ivredhead 0
Yesterday I loaded an audio file which was 307 MB (322,405,773 bytes) a/b 5 1/2 hours. The whole file loaded successfully. Tonight I'm attempting to load another file which is 376 MB (394,854,817 bytes) a/b 7+ hours. ExSc is only loading 5:30 of it. Not good. :/
N_C_H_josh 0
We released a new version of Express Scribe yesterday that should fix this issue. It's available at http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/index.html
