Help Button/Tab Not Working and Manual

I am using Windows 10 and Logitech K350 wireless keyboard. When I have Express Scribe open, I use my mouse to click on the Help button and nothing happens. I click on the Help Tab and it will will bring up the drop down list, but only certain items will do anything when I click on an item in the drop down list. I want to see the manual for Express Scribe, but when I click on Help Contents, nothing happens. When I press my F1 key, nothing happens. I click on Check for Updates under the Help Tab and it tells me there is a new version. My only option then is to click on View or Cancel. I click on View and nothing happens. Does any one have a suggestion of what I can do to get the manual online or to see the Help contents? I did not pay for premium support and I emailed support on March 2, but no response yet. Thanks.
