i have registrated 1 phones as 102.

 

i have setup a group 701 with member 102.

 

now i try to call 102 and it works well.

 

now i try to call 701 and it shows:

 

"Cannot find any contacts for extension "701"."

 

why that?

Same problem here.

First I setup extention with FWD. Outgoing calls no problem, but incoming never getting through, timeout.

Just for sanity check, to exclude port forwarding stuff I did setup second Axon on same subnet. Same results. Everything works except incoming on external lines.

 

My setup: Non-standard ports:~<10000. All my internal lines are single digit numbers. Group call 701 with all extentions added. Local dial 701 rings them all. Incoming call on external setup to ring on 701. When dial from external into Axon - nothing, timeout on dialing client side, nothing in the Axon log.

I have the same problem.

External calls from others SIP don't forward.

Nothing in the logs. Just internal calls forward.
