No audio sound mp3 format

Hi

Have been using Express scribe for years now with no issue.

recently experiencing problems with one clients mp3 files. When load into Express scribe can see the full length of the audio but no sound. In some instances have audio for the first section of the file and then no sound, other times no sound at all.

The only thing different is that the client has recently upgraded his system to Windows 10.

Not having an issue with any other client files and have tried on multiple pc's. Can play full audio in Media Player but not Express Scribe.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
