Can anyone help...I'm looking for software/hardware....that will recognise a tel no. on my phone look it up in my customer database and tel me the name of the person calling and perhaps show me order details/addres details. Guest Guest Posted March 3, 2006 Share Posted March 3, 2006 Quite a few of the big VOIP software providers have this functionality whereby the server software has an API that can send data to the CRM application.
