Free vs. PRO Demo

So, I am new to the product and have been using it for about 2 weeks successfully. However, I can no longer load any files. When attempting I am receiving an error "This is a trial demo version of express scribe pro for evaluation only." I am only trying to load a generic .WAV file, the same as I have been loading for the past 2 weeks.

 

I am wondering, is there a different download/setup file for the truly FREE Express Scribe vs. the PRO (that you can maybe run in demo for a few weeks)? Could I have downloaded the wrong setup file? If not, what could be going on?

Yes, there's a different installation file for the free version. Look under "Get Express Scribe Free" on http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/index.html and you'll see the download link.
