Importing csv

Hi I am trying this software and having a problem importing the csv file from excel can select the file okay, go to he next screen "Match Data Field" and it shows 4 heading and say to "click to assign" -but I does nothing - I get the impression from the help file that when you click, a drop down box should appear - is correct?

Same issue here.

I'm using Win 8.

WITH THE SAME FILE, sometime I get a menu with all my CSV headers in green. Sometimes not.

Normaly, opening old files, can recovery the headers. But not this time.

Sugestions?
