Copper will not print from Tray 1

Hello,

 

I am evaluating Copper and so far have no issues, save one - when trying to print a receipt on US letter, it never sees that the printer has a tray: it always attempts to print from the rear manual feed, which is almost always empty or has a completely different paper size.

 

System is OSX 10.6 with an Epson WP-4533. No issues printing from any other applications from the tray.

 

Has anyone come across a similar issue? If so, were you able to resolve it, and how?
