COPPER in Restaurant Management

HI!

 

Let's say that one plate per order have different ingredients, therefore, when a plate is ordered, I'll be inputting the said menu. However, how will I program Inventoria in such a way that when a menu is ordered, all the ingredients listed in Inventoria will be changed too in real time? Sorry I am really new to this software.

 

Another thing, is there any way that I'll be able to save the transactions as excel?

 

I really hope that this problem is supported by this program, and if worse comes to worst, are there any other programs that will support my query? and I mean FREE software.
