Express Invoice

Hi all,

 

I can really do with some help. My pc died recently and all my express invoices have been lost. I've had the drive removed from my old PC but when I try accessing express invoicing, from the old drive, a window pops up indicating I dont have permission to use Express Invoices and, I have to contact the Express invoice administrator to gain access.. Is there some sort of program I can run that may help to access my invoices? Is there any way to retrieve my invoices? I've tried all possible settings and approaches without success. There must me a PC GURU out there..?
