Password Change not working

Tried to change my password after getting a new one from NCH. I enter all the details but it keeps saying that you must complete all sections. I have done this, but get the same message over and over. ANy ideas on how to fix this???

I had this problem in other situations and came to realize that were issues with the browser, more specifically, Internet Explorer. Try again using

Mozilla or Chrome, it might work. Good luck.
