Backing out of Mailbox to go to new one

I'm using IVM for a small business and want one of the voicemail boxes to be a directory for all the employees. However I can't figure out how to set up IVM to back out of this "directory" mailbox so the caller can select the appropriate mailbox to leave message in. I'm using the plugin for 100 mailboxes as my template and unfortunately I'm not very tech savvy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
