stevensrmiller Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 If I convert a lead to an account and contact, the account is created properly and the lead shows up as a contact for that account. If I convert a second lead for the same business, the lead shows up on the Contacts pane, but I have to assign it to the Account manually for it to appear on the list of contacts for that account in the Account pane.
