Wrong time length

Hi. I'm using Voxal to manipulate voices in a movie. I'm saving the audio, then processing the file. However, when I've done that, the lengths of the audio files are different (Original is 23:35 - the "processed" file is 31:27. (Which by my calculations, is 30% longer?)

Obviously, when put the manipulated soundtrack back into Movie Edit Pro the syncing is all screwed up.

 

Any suggestions?
