mbosetti
After encrypting to a flash drive, another Windows PC generated the following message when trying to decrypt: "Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created". The question is does Meo support the creation of an encrypted file on a flash drive to be read by a PC that does not have Meo installed? TIA : :
mbosetti
TY for the prompt answer. A question remains: If the transferred file (encrypted) carries an extension of .meo how does the recipient PC open the file if it does not have Meo installed? Thanks again for answering. MakubX
@mbosetti Encrypted archives created by MEO may only be extracted using MEO with the encryption key.
